Shepherdswell Academy has appointed its first restorative leaders to act as role models within the school and support the headteacher.
Isaac, Imogen, Isabelle-Eliana and Isobel have all earned their gold lanyard for good performance and behaviour and now become restorative leaders.
Their role will be to listen to other pupils, help them find a solution to any problems and helping them to understand how to be a kind friend.
They will also help the headteacher with important events.
