East Midlands Academy Trust held its annual Ability Games, a day of sporting activities for children with additional needs.
The children from #EMATter schools Castle Academy, Hardingstone Academy, Northampton International Academy, Orchard Academy, Shepherdswell Academy and Stimpson Academy were joined by pupils from Hunsbury Park Primary School to try a range of sports including curling, archery and boccia.
The special guest for the event was Paralympic double gold medallist Danielle Brown MBE, who joined in with the sports and spent time talking to the children about her incredible archery career.
